Salinas is a Spanish town of Archidona , in the province of Malaga , Andalusia . It is located east of the municipality , very close to the border with the province of Granada .

Next to this town is the junction of the A-92 with the A-92M , as well as the Salinas station, currently operating online from Granada to Bobadilla.

Getting to Salinas is easy as it is just off the motorway, so getting to places like Granada, Malaga, Cordoba and the Costa del Sol is very easy. The town also has its own railway station, although this is now used as a restaurant and not a stopping point.

Salinas has grown in my own time in the area. There are some more modern houses here now, but not that many, it is still a small town, so small that you could hit a golf ball from one end to the other. It does however, have some great restaurants, this includes Estacion de Salinas.

The countryside around the town of Salinas is flat, although you still have the same great views as are shared by Trabuco and Rosario.
